this Application, you acknowledge acceptance of the full content of this

send you notifications regarding their products and services (the latter

d) We integrate Bugly to
collect crash and exception information during application usage, so that we
can optimize the application and improve user experience.

information with a third‑party where it is necessary to deliver products or
services you have requested;
c) Disclosure to third‑parties,
administrative or judicial authorities in compliance with applicable laws or

if you violate applicable PRC laws and regulations, this Application’s Terms of
Use or relevant rules;
e) Disclosure to a
respondent, at the respondent’s request, when you file a valid intellectual‑property‑related
complaint, for both parties to resolve potential rights disputes;

transaction created on this Application’s platform, if either party performs or
partially performs its transaction obligations and submits a disclosure
request, this Application reserves the right to provide necessary information
such as the counterparty’s contact details to facilitate transaction completion
or dispute resolution;
g) Other
disclosures deemed appropriate by this Application in accordance with laws,
regulations or platform policies.
a) Information and data
collected by this Application about you will be stored on servers operated by
this Application and/or its affiliates. Such information and data may be
transmitted outside your country or region or the location where information is
collected, and may be accessed, stored and displayed overseas.
b) Account cancellation is
irreversible. After account cancellation, you will no longer be able to log in
to the corresponding account and use relevant services. All information and
data stored or used under your account will be permanently deleted. To cancel
your account, tap your avatar and follow the account‑cancellation workflow.
a) If you do not decline
cookies, this Application may set or access cookies on your device to enable
you to log in or use platform services and features that rely on cookies.
Cookies are used by this Application to deliver more thoughtful personalized services,
including promotional services.
b) You may choose to accept

transactions via this Application’s services, you may inevitably disclose
personal information such as contact details or postal addresses to transaction
counterparties or potential counterparties. Please safeguard your personal
information and only share it when necessary. If you become aware of
information leakage, especially leakage of your username and password, please
contact our customer service promptly so that we can take corresponding
measures.
a) We integrate MobSDK to
provide third‑party WeChat login within the App.
b) Camera permission: To
deliver an improved viewing experience, the camera captures your pupil
information. Viewing‑angle changes are used to optimize your visual experience.
c) MAC address: Calibration
data is generated before viewing for better user experience. Such calibration
data is stored and associated with your MAC address. When you reinstall this
Application or use other applications developed by our company, calibration
data may be shared so that you do not need to repeat calibration steps.
d) Installed‑application‑list
access: This permission is used to check whether WeChat is installed when
providing third‑party WeChat login.
e) 3D Stere APP may request
camera permission. Camera access is a sensitive permission. Denying this
permission only restricts features including posting feeds and eye‑tracking for
video playback; other core functions remain usable.
